CEO/FOUNDER/REALTOR®
Having lived in the CSRA since she was 16 and her Dad getting stationed at Fort Gordon, she has called the CSRA Home for many years. Now, in a role that allows her to serve her community, she saw a need. As a realtor who specializes in Commercial Real Estate, she wanted to offer one place that you as a consumer can come to find lease space or to have be able to list your commercial space and locate you a vetted tenant. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the CSRA, we are excited to be able to offer this service to the community. We Are licensed in GA & SC.
We pride ourselves on the ability to find you the perfect commercial space for your business needs.
Team TC
Transaction Coordinator
Team TC is our senior staff Transaction Coordinator and keeps our files compliant and will be a viable asset in turning your business needs into closed transactions and ensuring a smooth process. You will enjoy working with her.
Cayce
Real Estate Assistant
Cayce has been tasked as Tracy's Assistant and he is perfect for the job. He ensures that our clients our handled in a prompt manner, that Tracy is where she's supposed to be, and ensures you have a valuable client experience. You will love working with Cayce.

Showing Assistant
